Public appeal threads turn into drama. Private ones turn into paperwork. Sift leans toward paperwork.
What the member does
Open a DM with Sift and run /appeal. Pick the server. Sift opens a private channel with that server's moderators and copies in what the member wants to say.
What mods see
/appeals lists open and closed tickets. Approve or reject from there. If a ban was copied across a Max network, unbanning where it started, or approving the appeal, lifts the linked copies. Opening an appeal by itself does not.
What Sift is not
Sift does not overrule your staff. It routes the conversation and keeps a record. Your team still makes the call.
