/data summarizes what Sift caught, what mods did, and how often cases were approved (overturned). It is the fastest feedback loop for tuning.
Overturn rate
High overturn on one category means raise review/action thresholds or allowlist recurring false positives. Low overturn with missed toxicity in chat means lower thresholds or blocklist additions.
Member reports
Reports create cases but are not auto-bans — dismissing spam reports does not punish Sift’s accuracy stats the same way as approving an AI block.
Max export
Sift Max adds weekly summaries and CSV export from /data for spreadsheets or records.
